The new B-with-us Allocations Policy will take effect from next Wednesday - a week today!
This policy change is necessary to ensure that the way B-with-us prioritises people for social housing in Pennine Lancashire is correct and adheres to Government regulations.

B-with-us has carried out a Monitoring Report to provide an insight into the Housing Register over the past year.
The report includes information about the applications on the register, how many applicants are in each band, the amount of adverts added by each of the B-with-us partner landlords, and information about the properties that have been allocated over the year.

Joining together of 2 of our Partners , Contour Homes and Hyndburn Homes
As an organisation Onward is relatively new, but our legacy stretches back over 50 years.
Established in April 2016, Onward (formerly known as Symphony Housing Group) brought together five housing associations – Contour Homes, Liverpool Housing Trust, Hyndburn Homes, Peak Valley Housing Association and Ribble Valley Homes – under one simple group structure.
Bringing these organisations together has allowed us to invest more in our homes and neighbourhoods, improve our services, and make a greater contribution to the sustainable regeneration of communities in the North West.

Daily Updates: From 15th June 2017, we’ll be adding new rental properties to our site on a daily basis throughout the working week (Monday to Friday), which means you get to see them as soon as they’re available.
You don’t need to log in each day though. If you log in on the same day each week you will see the latest homes added over the last 7 days, and you can express interest in any that you would like to move into if you meet the eligibilty criteria.
