Merry Christmas from B-with-us!

Most of our Partner Organisations will be closed over the Festive period, closing on Tuesday 24th December 2024 and reopening on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

This means that fewer properties will be advertised in this time period, (as only the partners who will be open between Christmas and New Year will be advertising).
It also means that most enquiries submitted over the Festive period will not be looked at until the New Year. Please be patient, all enquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, in the order in which they were received.

Monitoring Report 2018-2019

B-with-us has carried out a Monitoring Report to provide an insight into the Housing Register over the past year.

The report includes information about the applications on the register, how many applicants are in each band, the amount of adverts added by each of the B-with-us partner landlords, and information about the properties that have been allocated over the year.

New Privacy Statement for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

B with Us is responsible for the collecting, processing, storing and safe keeping of personal information as part of the partnerships activities. We manage information in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
We have been looking ahead and preparing for the introduction of a new data protection law, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on 25th May 2018.  This process has involved updating the privacy information available to our customers so that we comply with the GDPR.

Our new Privacy Policy for customers is shown here. The privacy policy does not change the way in which we handle your information but it does provide you with more information about how we use your personal information and also your data protection rights under the GDPR.

Changes to the way we advertise properties

Daily Updates: From 15th June 2017, we’ll be adding new rental properties to our site on a daily basis throughout the working week (Monday to Friday), which means you get to see them as soon as they’re available.

You don’t need to log in each day though. If you log in on the same day each week you will see the latest homes added over the last 7 days, and you can express interest in any that you would like to move into if you meet the eligibilty criteria.
