Bidding results from previous advertising cycles can be viewed below.

This displays the earliest membership date that bid so that you can compare your membership date against this to give you an idea how long you may have to wait. THIS MAY NOT NECESSARILY BE THE PERSON TO WHOM THE HOME IS OFFERED IF A BID IS RECEIVED FROM A MEMBER WITH PRIORITY.

It also shows the amount of interest received for each home.
Advertising cycles commence on Wednesdays and usually end the following Monday. The exception to this is if the Monday is a Bank holiday and then the closing date is a Tuesday. Enter the dates of the advertising cycle you wish to view and click on the search tab.
