Daily Updates: From 15th June 2017, we’ll be adding new rental properties to our site on a daily basis throughout the working week (Monday to Friday), which means you get to see them as soon as they’re available.
You don’t need to log in each day though. If you log in on the same day each week you will see the latest homes added over the last 7 days, and you can express interest in any that you would like to move into if you meet the eligibilty criteria.
Together Housing is building 34 two bedroom bungalows at Shorey Bank, Darwen. These are for local people aged 50 and over. They will be advertised on the B-with-us website and you must be registered and express interest in them when they are advertised, in order to be considered. You can register by using the Register button at the top right of this page.
If you are already registered you should ensure that you have selected Shorey Bank as one of the areas that you would be interested in. You can do this by logging into your account, updating your social housing application and submitting it. Or you can ring us on 0300 123 22 00 and we will do it for you. This will ensure that we can communicate with you to ensure that you know when the bungalows will be advertised and then you don’t miss out on the opportunity to express interest.
From April 2017 three partner landlords who advertise homes through the B-with-us website will be changing their name.
Green Vale Homes, Housing Pendle and Twin Valley Homes will be known as Together Housing.
You will start to see the change of name and logo on advertised homes and throughout the website from 6th April 2017.
We now have a new procedure that explains our Rent to Rent obligations. The intention of Right to Rent is to ensure that tenancies are only granted to people legally entitled to receive one.
